1. What SAAR is. SAAR is a financial-research and analytics platform. Its central output — the SAAR Fair Value — is a derived, model-based estimate of what a listed company may be worth on its disclosed fundamentals. SAAR is not a stockbroker, portfolio manager, or investment adviser, and nothing on the platform is a solicitation to buy or sell any security.
2. Not investment advice. Fair Value scores, verdicts, signals, screeners, watchlists, journals, and any consulting session are provided for informational and educational purposes only. They are not investment advice, a recommendation, or a price target, and they do not account for your personal circumstances, objectives, or risk tolerance. Investments in securities are subject to market risks, including the possible loss of principal. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions and should consider independent professional advice before acting.
3. No guarantee. Data is sourced from licensed third-party providers and computed by our own models. While we take reasonable care, SAAR does not warrant that any figure is accurate, complete, current, or fit for a particular purpose, and accepts no liability for errors, omissions, delays, or for any loss arising from reliance on the platform.
4. Your account. You agree to provide accurate registration details, to keep your credentials confidential, and to be responsible for all activity under your account. You must be of legal age to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or applicable law.
5. Personal data. To operate your account we collect and process the personal data you provide (such as your name, email, and any profile or KYC-style details you choose to add) and usage data. We use it to authenticate you, deliver and improve the service, provide support, and meet legal and billing obligations. Your data is stored on secure, industry-standard infrastructure; your watchlist, journal, and profile are visible only to you and authorised staff who need access to support you. We do not sell your personal data. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, subject to records we are required to retain. Continued use constitutes consent to this processing.
6. Acceptable use.You may not scrape, copy, resell, redistribute, reverse-engineer, or build a competing product from the platform, its data, or its Fair Value methodology, nor use it unlawfully, to infringe others’ rights, or to compromise its security or availability.
7. Intellectual property. The platform, its design, content, and the Fair Value methodology are the exclusive property of SAAR and are protected by applicable law. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the service for your own non-commercial research.
8. Fees. Paid plans are billed in advance in INR through our payment processor. Taxes may apply. You can cancel from your account; cancellation stops future renewals and does not create a right to a pro-rata refund unless required by law.
9. Changes & governing law.We may update these terms and will post the current version with its date; material changes take effect on posting and continued use is acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at the company’s registered seat.
